Week 1 Checklist

Complete all items below before the end of your first week.

Administrative

• [ ] Sign the lab safety agreement
• [ ] Get building/lab key access from the PI
• [ ] Set up all Required Accounts
• [ ] Join the lab Slack/Teams workspace
• [ ] Add yourself to the shared lab calendar

Reading

• [ ] Read Safety & Rules in full
• [ ] Read Lab Map
• [ ] Skim Superconductivity Basics
• [ ] Skim Josephson Effect & JJ

Setup

• [ ] SSH access to lab server (see Server Usage)
• [ ] Git configured with your lab email (see Git & Repositories)
• [ ] KLayout installed and licensed (see KLayout Quick Start)

First meeting

• [ ] 1-on-1 with your supervisor to discuss first project
• [ ] Attend lab meeting (ask supervisor for schedule)
